Job Description:  Position Summary: BioPharm Communications has an exciting opportunity for a Director, Client Solutions, to replace a retiring team member. The position is responsible for promoting BioPharm’s proprietary products exclusively to a select account base with prospecting opportunities. Candidate will be expected to articulate BioPharm’s positioning for strategical and tactical solutions focused on brand marketing and agency media teams. BioPharm Values: • Collaborative • Insightful • Innovative • Authentic Core Competencies: • Customer Focus • Ensures Accountability • Communicates Effectively • Manages Complexity • Drives Results • Strategic Mindset • Drives Engagement Responsibilities: • Drive business growth for BioPharm with new and existing accounts through live /virtual client meetings • Build relationships with Pharmaceutical Brands and media agencies; to promote BioPharm’s multi-channel marketing capabilities and Strategic content development, your primary focus will be on brand marketers and their media planning teams. • Work closely with and take direction from the EVP, Client Solutions. • Work collaboratively with leadership and Sales Operations to price and build tactical program recommendations. • Work collaboratively with members of Account, Strategy and CRM teams to ensure optimal brand presentations and optimal execution post sale. • Analyze client goals, objectives, KPI’s, and existing infrastructure to determine best BioPharm solutions. • Manage contact database and utilize Salesforce to track progress and forecast sales opportunities. • Quickly learn and become proficient with the BioPharm interdepartmental process for kicking off programs. • Bring experience as a dynamic facilitator and presenter. Qualifications and Experience: • 5+ years of experience in healthcare communications covering pharma and biotech accounts with an emphasis on digital marketing. • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales goals. • Must have a willingness and skill to develop and retain healthcare industry relationships • Experience and strong understanding of the digital marketplace and multi-channel marketing (MCM) • Must be highly motivated, dynamic and have a relentless focus and commitment to reach brand decision makers • Well versed in pharma marketing, promotional education, digital marketing, non-personal promotion, multi-channel marketing and data/analytics • Experience with Salesforce.com is helpful • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy • Proven time management skills, including successful track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously • Exhibit willingness to develop sales presentation skills with clients, as well as strong listening and analytical skills • Strong team player
