Must Have
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and Prioritization Execution
· Generate the weekly Asset Status Report (ASR) aligned to brand priorities and submission timelines and share the same with the stakeholders
· Lead prioritization meetings with stakeholders, capture detailed minutes, and issue recaps/follow-ups.
· Proactively gather information and status updates for accurate prioritization and planning.
· Demonstrate strong understanding of asset submission guidance aligned with marketing strategy and compliance requirements.
· Manage planning and prioritization of MLR assets across multiple brand priorities.
Consult Coordination
· Schedule consults proactively with appropriate stakeholders or check if consults are scheduled as planned.
· Ensure pre-read materials are collated and shared in advance of consults to enable effective discussion.
· Track consult status and follow through on actions and timelines post-consult.
Congress and Launch Planning
· Coordinate with brand leads, reviewers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely preparation of congress materials.
· Manage planning for launches and key milestones by aligning with brand calendars and data release schedules.
Compliance and Standards
· Enforce asset metadata standards (eg, product, key dates, asset grouping) for ASR efficiency and system compliance.
· Support and follow global/US best practices, frameworks, and SOPs.
· Maintain accuracy and consistency in PromoMats metadata, asset grouping, and timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Support
· Support MLR comment resolution coordination.
· Respond to queries from stakeholders regarding the MLR process and provide appropriate guidance per marketing guide.
· Communicate MLR team coverage gaps and adjust prioritization accordingly.
· Collaborate effectively with global/US review team, marketers, and agency partners.
Operational Excellence and Self-Development
· Maintain accurate documentation of all meetings and communications.
· Proactively identify and flag potential roadblocks or risks to planning managers.
· Continuously improve knowledge of brand strategy, process changes, and systems.
· Engage in self-learning and upskilling opportunities; participate in training as nominated.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, brand coordination, or pharmaceutical/healthcare industry. Experience with digital asset management systems (eg, Veeva PromoMats), Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) workflows, and stakeholder coordination is preferred.

· Awareness of congress planning and launch activities
