Role: Social Media Lead
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Governance & Guidance (US) : Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and point-of-view (POV) materials for US social channel activations. Partner with privacy and compliance teams to ensure proper governance and risk management.
• Provide guidance as needed to the brand and strategy teams in converting brand plans into digital plans, specifically tailored for Social Media channels.
• Assist with day-to-day social media related tasks including Page management, audience engagement, AE reporting , compliance/CRM setup, Paid Social Media campaigns , Social Listening, and Content Strategies.
• Own the partnerships for social media moderation, execution and best practices.
• Maintain relationships with social vendors to stay informed on platform updates, betas and cost saving opportunities
• Conduct training sessions covering tools and social capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
• Social Media Professional with 8+ years of diverse expertise spanning pharma, healthcare, life-sciences, Med-Tech and Information Technology. Adept at channel & campaign management driven by market research, social & search listening, audience analytics, competition benchmarking and TG profiling.
• Experience in handling end-to-end social media campaigns with top pharma clients, covering online outreach, HCP influencer profiling, channel strategy, social media management, AE reporting, campaign execution, budget optimisation and reporting performance analytics.
• Understanding of pharma social media compliances, platform guidelines, geographical regulations and patient & HCP social media affinities
• Hands on experience in driving campaigns on several platforms like Meta Business Suite ( Facebook & Insta), LinkedIn Marketing, Google Analytics, X (formerly Twitter), Youtube
• Experience in handling tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, SEMrush.
