Must Have

Experienced front-end web developer to work closely with creative design and back-end development teams to create HTML5/CSS3-based content for desktop, iOS and other mobile platforms. 

And guiding our development team and driving the technical vision of our projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring and supporting team members.

Requirements:
▪ Extensive knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3, including WebKit animation and RWD using media queries.
▪ Good working knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery.
▪ Thorough knowledge of design tools including Photoshop, InDesign & Figma.
▪ Ability to take a PSD/mock or concept and turn it into a working experience.
▪ Experience in creating exciting experiences on the iPad, iPhone and other mobile devices that conform to W3C standards.
▪ Working knowledge in any of the CMS platforms or CRM platforms (preferably Veeva, OCE), HTML5 ad banners and emailers will be an added advantage.
▪ Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
▪ Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
▪ Define technical architecture and ensure the implementation of best practices in software development.
▪ Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
▪ Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
▪ Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our processes when appropriate.

▪ Demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, effectively manage priorities and communicate progress. 
▪ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
▪ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
▪ Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and make sound architectural decisions.

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, media queries, Veeva CRM, InDesign, PSD, Adobe, and Figma is mandatory.
