Role: Scope enablement manager 


Description:
Key Responsibilities
•    Enable and operationalize an efficient, outcome-driven marketing operations service model.
•    Optimize internal workflows within the service catalog to create measurable efficiencies and standardization across brands.
•    Drive stakeholder adoption of services by embedding best practices across brand, cross-functional, compliance, and agency teams.
•    Provide tertiary point of contact support, oversee campaigns, and align budget management with operational goals.
•    Manage agency Statement of Work (SOW) submissions, demand planning, and integration into financial systems.
•    Track, reconcile, and report agency spend in approved financial platforms while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
•    Support vendor onboarding in collaboration with procurement and agency management leads.
•    Lead structured governance meetings with marketing, finance, and agencies to ensure compliance with operational standards.
•    Collaborate across marketing, finance, and agencies to provide updates on overall spend and utilization.
•    Recommend continuous improvements to governance models, service delivery, and operational efficiency.


Desired Profile
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline.
•    Strong experience in marketing operations, program management, or agency management.
•    Good understanding of financial workflows including SOWs, POs, requisitions, and budget reconciliation.
•    Process-oriented professional with proven ability to streamline workflows and ensure consistency.
•    Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including brand, digital, compliance, procurement, and finance.
•    Proficiency in demand management tools, workflow platforms, and financial systems.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience leading governance meetings.
•    Analytical and detail-focused with the ability to identify spend trends and resolve discrepancies.
•    Experience in project and change management, including driving adoption of governance models.
•    Proactive, adaptable, and outcome-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
