Role: Senior Associate – Campaign Management
Job Description: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Social Listening, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Social Campaigns, along with working knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Prior experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
• Digital strategy execution: Design and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies focused on social media, paid campaigns, and audience engagement for pharma/life sciences brands.
• Social listening & analytics: Lead initiatives using tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, or Meltwater to track performance, sentiment, and
competitor insights. Write boolean queries and build live dashboards.
• Paid social campaigns: Manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with additional support for Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
• Campaign management: Oversee setup, targeting, tracking, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Compliance alignment: Collaborate with brand and strategy teams to ensure campaigns meet pharma regulations and MLR requirements.
• Search marketing: Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, forecasting, and optimization across social and search platforms.
• Best practices: Apply A/B testing, segmentation, bid optimization, geotargeting, and creative testing.
• Performance monitoring: Track budgets, pacing, and timelines while delivering actionable insights.
• Trend awareness: Stay updated on digital innovations, social media developments, and evolving pharma compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
• Mandatory experience with Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences clients/organizations.
• 5–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with expertise in:
o Social listening & analytics
o Social media management
o Paid ads management (Social & Google)
• Background in digital marketing agencies servicing pharma clients OR direct pharma/life sciences organizations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and campaign reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable with hands-on execution and optimization
