Job Description – Senior Creative Manager

A Creative Director acts as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring client satisfaction, managing projects, and fostering long-term relationships by understanding client needs and translating them into successful creative campaigns. 
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the role:


Responsibilities
•    Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. 
•    Understand client goals, budgets, and expectations. 
•    Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. 
•    Identify opportunities for growth and new business development. 
•    Develop and manage creative projects and campaigns. 
•    Develop creative briefs and ensure clarity on project needs. 
•    Monitor project progress and deadlines. 
•    Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution. 
•    Manage project budgets and resources effectively. 
•    Communicate client demands and feedback to the creative team. 
•    Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute creative strategies. 
•    Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. 
•    Present and sell creative work to clients. 
•    Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow accounts. 
•    Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 
•    Stay informed about industry trends and best practices. 
•    May be involved in new business development and pitches. 
•    May manage and develop marketing communication plans. 
•    May create and present marketing reports. 
•    May manage and develop team members. 
•    Proactively identify opportunities for client growth and expansion. 
•    Contribute to the practice’s overall success by fostering positive client relationships and delivering exceptional results. 

Ideal Profile:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience  
•    Twelve years of relevant experience, with seven or more years as a Creative Account Manager in an agency or corporate setting
•    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
•    Familiarity with design software and industry tools. 
•    Understanding of design principles and best practices. 
•    Understanding of marketing and advertising principles. 
•    Ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies. 
•    Proven track record of leading successful creative projects. 
•    Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives
•    Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction
