Job Description:
• 5+ years of overall experience in Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for practical applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability
• Must have experience working on Recommender Systems, Predictive Modeling, Classification, Clustering and Pattern Mining & NLP: Apriori, few shot learning, text classification.
• Proven Innovate using advanced GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, OpenAI APIs) to address complex business challenges.
• Implement and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining workflows, and versioning.
• Strong ability to work with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Architect and deploy scalable, cost-effective AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Develop and maintain robust APIs for seamless AI/ML integration into enterprise systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives
• Perform data analysis and prepare data for AI model training
• Integrate AI models with Databricks, AWS and other systems
• Strong programming experience in Python , PySpark and SQL for AI/ML engineering use cases
• Understanding of data quality, governance, and security concepts in enterprise data platforms
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to independently deliver complex tasks
