Must Have

Roles & Responsibilities: The Analyst/Senior Analyst will support medical affairs or commercial analytics initiatives by developing dashboards, generating actionable insights from pharmaceutical datasets, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve decision-making processes. The candidate will also be expected to explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to enhance reporting and analytics workflows.

•    Design & develop user-centric data visualization solutions using complex data sources
•    Identify & define key business metrics and KPIs in partnership with business stakeholders
•    Develop scalable data models in alignment with Digital and IT teams
•    Develop user stories, wireframes as well as intuitive reporting solutions
•    Apply best practices in data visualization design & continuously improve upon user experience for business stakeholders
•    Identify opportunities to apply data visualization/AI strategies to streamline & enhance manual / legacy reporting deliveries
•    Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to manage data logistics – including data specifications, transfers, structures, and rules
•    Gather requirements and work with stakeholders to analyse business needs around reporting
•    Dedicated owner of data extracts to support all reporting deliverables
•    Translate reporting business requirements into functional requirements for data extracts
•    SME for all BU data sources, segmentation business rules and aggregates
•    Coordinate and manage implementation of test and control


Primary Skill- Tableau, SQL, Basic understanding of Gen AI
Secondary Skills- Power BI


Desired profile-
2–4 years of hands-on experience in dashboard development and data visualization using Tableau (Primary) and Power BI (Secondary)
Experience creating interactive dashboards, visualizations, KPIs, and executive reports
Strong SQL expertise in data analysis, data validation, reporting automation, and working with large datasets from multiple data sources
Ability to interact with business stakeholders, gather requirements and translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions
Should have good business analytics experience / mindset and domain expertise in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare Analytics
Exposure Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or Claude
Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
