Role: Senior Digital Analyst


Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Digital Analyst with strong expertise in analytics implementation planning and digital measurement strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GTM and GA4, along with a strong understanding of KPI alignment, reporting, and use case development. This role requires a problem-solving mindset to bridge business requirements with scalable tracking and data solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics implementation planning across web and digital platforms
• Translate business requirements into tracking specifications and data layer requirements
• Implement and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Support setup, configuration, and validation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking
• Define and align KPIs based on business and marketing objectives
• Develop and execute reporting use cases, dashboards, and performance insights
• Analyze user journeys, campaign performance, and funnel behavior to provide actionable recommendations
• Perform QA, debugging, and validation of tracking using browser tools and tag debugging tools
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Identify tracking gaps and propose enhancements to improve data quality and measurement maturity
• Maintain documentation for tracking frameworks, use cases, and reporting logic
• Stay updated with industry trends in digital analytics, privacy, and consent management

 

Required Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of experience in digital analytics, implementation, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Strong understanding of KPI definition, measurement frameworks, and reporting
• Experience in developing reporting use cases and delivering actionable insights
• Good understanding of event tracking, data layer concepts, and user journey tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Good to have

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML for debugging and implementation support
• Experience with other analytics/tag management tools (Adobe Analytics, Tealium, etc.)
• Exposure to dashboarding tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar
• Understanding of consent management and data privacy regulations
