Role: Senior Director - Global Creative Operations

Indegene seeks a dedicated Global Creative Operations GTM Leader, preferably with experience in Pharma or another tightly regulated industry. This role entails identifying opportunities for Creative overseeing teams in local studios deployed for customer along with capability management. Proficiency in currency exchange dynamics for contract negotiations is essential. Additionally, the position demands robust expertise in managing creative services workflows and understanding creative and production processes across digital and print  and video mediums. The primary goal is to identify opportunities collaborating with sales and delivery support teams and take it through conversion.

The Global Creative Operations Leader will take an entrepreneurial approach and will be a proven leader in communicating business objectives to internal Creative teams, ensure that the customer commitment is well understood and delivered. 

What You Will Be Have:

•    Experience working in the area of UX, Creative and UI to create offerings, identifying opportunities closely working with sales and pre-sales team

•    Develop and implement GTM strategies for creative services, aligning them with overall business objectives

•    Develop and implement GTM strategies for creative services, aligning them with overall business objectives
•    Collaborate with clients to understand their creative needs, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure successful project delivery. 

•    Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and service offerings to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
•    Manage the team working in the region, closely work with them and mentor them to be successful in the engagement while delivering customer mandates
•    Creating a conducive work environment, meeting client expectations, and discussing team goals and achievements in a manner that assures maximum efficiency and creativity
•    Manage, supervise, review and audit the work of a team consisting of copywriters, designers and art-workers to ensure the creative level expected is being met as per the market standards, thereby maintaining the quality of creative work projects
•    Talent assessment and management of external partners like photographers, videographers, printers, freelancers, studios, etc. as needed

•    Strong understanding of finance principles, P/L oversight, utilization reporting

•    Understand critical outputs and data points to monitor and report on for project 
health and project prioritization and prioritize staff, resources and workload, especially around deadlines working with the offshore counterpart

•    Stay flexible, but responsible to client and staff, when responding to increases in workload/tight deadline


What You Need to Be Great in This Role:

•    Possessing adept critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, while maintaining a comprehensive command of financial oversight.

•    Ability to motivate and influence the team to constantly strive for excellence in performance

•    Develop long term relationships with customers where the Creative Services are delivered and look for expansion

•    Investigate, propose and implement innovative ways of delivering design services to maximize efficiency and productivity

•    Attend on-site client meetings, partner in presenting work, discuss any needs and 
identify opportunities and ability to identify new talent

•    Work actively to coordinate the effective allocation of design resource, facilitating information from colleagues, business managers and staff. In order to provide effective resource support to meet client demands and to cover flexible working, vacation and leave requirements in the most economical manner

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Qualifications 

•    15+ years of experience; with 5-7 years in a creative leadership role
•    Pharma experience and led Go To Market for Creative Services preferred

•    A knowledge of project management, financials, print, digital, animation, video production, customer service, & interactive media
