Role Overview
The Senior Manager – GenAI & Digital Transformation will be responsible for defining and executing AI-powered transformation programs across content, marketing, medical, commercial, and enterprise operations.
This role requires a strong consulting mindset, exceptional executive communication skills, and proven experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives. The individual will work directly with client leadership teams to identify opportunities, define AI strategies, drive adoption, establish governance models, and measure business impact.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, digital transformation expertise, change management experience, and a deep understanding of Generative AI capabilities and emerging AI technologies.

Must Have

Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Digital Transformation
•    Lead enterprise-wide GenAI transformation programs for global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
•    Define AI adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives and organizational priorities.
•    Identify high-value opportunities across content creation, modular content, omnichannel engagement, knowledge management, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
•    Develop operating models, governance frameworks, and capability maturity assessments for AI-enabled organizations.
•    Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and scale.
GenAI Consulting & Solution Design
•    Advise clients on Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI orchestration, and enterprise AI adoption.
•    Design business-led AI solutions that improve productivity, quality, speed-to-market, and customer engagement.
•    Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive strategy sessions.
•    Develop business cases, ROI models, transformation roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
•    Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
Enterprise Adoption & Change Management
•    Drive enterprise adoption of GenAI solutions across multiple business functions and geographies.
•    Develop change management strategies, communication plans, training programs, and adoption frameworks.
•    Establish KPI and measurement frameworks to assess adoption, business value, efficiency gains, and user satisfaction.
•    Partner with business leaders to embed AI into day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
•    Lead capability-building initiatives and AI literacy programs across organizations.
Content & Commercial Transformation
•    Drive transformation of content supply chains through AI-powered content creation, review, localization, and personalization capabilities.
•    Support implementation of modular content and omnichannel engagement strategies.
•    Enable AI-powered content generation, content reuse, content intelligence, and asset automation.
•    Advise on AI-driven video generation, avatar technologies, multilingual content creation, and multimedia automation.
AI Governance & Responsible AI
•    Define governance frameworks for responsible and compliant AI adoption.
•    Support implementation of AI risk management practices and ethical AI principles.
•    Advise clients on AI compliance, data privacy, security, and regulatory considerations.
•    Establish guardrails, governance models, and measurement frameworks for enterprise AI programs.
Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management
•    Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including VPs, Heads of Commercial, Digital, Marketing, Medical, and Innovation functions.
•    Lead executive presentations, steering committee meetings, and transformation workshops.
•    Build strong relationships with client leadership and influence strategic decision-making.
•    Manage cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, operations, and delivery functions.
•    Support business development activities, solution shaping, and strategic account growth initiatives.



Good to have

Desired Profile
•    10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI Consulting, Commercial Excellence, Content Operations, or Strategic Transformation roles.
•    3+ years of experience leading Generative AI initiatives, AI adoption programs, or enterprise AI transformation efforts.
•    Strong healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
•    Proven experience managing global stakeholders and large-scale transformation programs.
•    Experience engaging with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
•    MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
