Role OverviewLead GenAI-enabled digital transformation initiatives for life sciences clients, including pharma, biotech, and healthcare organizations. Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients define transformation strategies, operating models, implementation roadmaps, and scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Digital & GenAI Transformation
Develop digital and GenAI transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct AI and digital maturity assessments to identify opportunities and gaps.
Prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases across commercial, marketing, medical, and operations functions.
Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
Design operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
Build business cases and value realization frameworks.
Support change management, adoption, and organizational readiness initiatives.Solution Design & Business Development
Design scalable GenAI and digital transformation solutions for new opportunities.
Support proposals, RFPs, client presentations, and strategic pitches.
Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
Contribute to thought leadership, POVs, white papers, and industry research.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.Transformation Oversight
Provide strategic guidance across transformation engagements.
Translate strategies into executable programs with delivery teams.
Monitor KPIs related to adoption, productivity, efficiency, and business impact.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, regulatory, and MLR/MedLegal requirements.
Drive continuous improvement based on performance insights.GenAI Innovation
Identify emerging AI and GenAI opportunities within life sciences.
Design use cases across content generation, knowledge management, personalization, automation, and decision support.
Support pilots, PoCs, and enterprise-scale AI adoption.
Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and technology ecosystems.
Promote responsible AI and governance practices.GEO & AI Search
Advise clients on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI search visibility, content authority, and discoverability across AI-powered search platforms.Capability Building
Stay current on AI, digital, and technology trends.
Develop internal IP, frameworks, maturity models, and benchmarking tools.
Mentor teams on transformation consulting and client engagement.
Support Center of Excellence initiatives and new service offerings.

Desired Profile
Education
MBA from a premier institute (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Technology, or related fields.
Certifications in AI/ML, GenAI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Analytics, or Product Management are advantageous.
Experience
8+ years in digital transformation, AI/GenAI, consulting, technology strategy, or business transformation.
3+ years in a strategic consulting or advisory role.
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale digital or AI transformation programs.
Strong expertise in developing transformation strategies, operating models, and business cases.
Credibility in managing senior stakeholders (VP/Director level and above).
Life Sciences Expertise
Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, medtech, or healthcare ecosystems.
Experience with HCP engagement, omnichannel marketing, content operations, and MLR processes.
Knowledge of commercial excellence, customer engagement, and healthcare regulations.Key Skills
