Role: Lead - Analyst


Description: 
•    Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies to engage healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer experience across digital, in-person, and traditional channels.
•    Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, focusing on engagement rates, campaign ROI, and customer journey insights.
•    Utilize advanced analytics and AI/ML tools to analyze cross-channel data, optimize content delivery, and personalize interactions, enhancing customer segmentation and tailoring messaging for specific audiences (e.g., HCPs, patients, health systems, retail pharmacies).
•    Lead the design, development, and execution of insights and measurement strategies that align with broader marketing goals, identifying the optimal mix of channels to drive awareness, access, and uptake of pharmaceutical products.
•    Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Digital, Integrated Media, and Analytics teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience, serving as a central point of collaboration across US Commercial teams.
•    Engage with Global Marketing counterparts to ensure brand consistency and share best practices, adapting global strategies to the US market as needed.
•    Champion the adoption of digital platforms and emerging technologies, including CRM , marketing automation, content management systems, and AI-driven tools, working closely with IT and digital teams for integration and smooth functioning (real-time data tracking, automated customer insights, digital campaign execution).
•    Drive data-informed decision-making by utilizing analytics to measure channel effectiveness, optimize content delivery, and refine strategies based on performance metrics, developing dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor KPIs.
•    Serve as a key liaison between marketing, sales, medical, IT, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and integration of efforts, facilitating collaboration across US Commercial teams.
•    Prepare documentation for high level business stake holders (VP/CFO) with business outcomes
