Senior Manager - Omnichannel Measurement
Responsibilities
Omnichannel Strategy Development
Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies to engage HCPs, patients, health systems, across digital, in-person, and traditional channels.
Ensure a seamless customer experience by aligning strategies with broader commercial objectives.
Performance Measurement
Define and track KPIs (e.g., engagement rates, campaign ROI, customer journey insights) to measure the effectiveness of omnichannel marketing campaigns.
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Advanced Analytics & AI/ML
Utilize advanced analytics and AI/ML tools to analyze cross-channel data, optimize content delivery, and personalize interactions for targeted audiences.
Leverage Marketing Mix Modeling to identify the optimal channel mix for driving awareness, access, and uptake of pharmaceutical products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Digital, Integrated Media, and Analytics teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Serve as a central point of collaboration across US Commercial teams, facilitating integration of efforts.
Global Alignment
Engage with Global Marketing counterparts to ensure brand consistency and share best practices.
Adapt global omnichannel strategies to the US market while maintaining alignment with corporate goals.
Digital Platform Adoption
Champion the adoption of digital platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva), marketing automation, content management systems, and AI-driven tools.
Work closely with IT and digital teams to integrate platforms for real-time data tracking, automated customer insights, and digital campaign execution.
Data-Informed Decision Making
Drive data-informed decision-making by analyzing channel effectiveness and refining strategies based on performance metrics.
Develop insights and measurement strategies that align with broader marketing goals.
