Must Have

Senior Medical Copywriter

 - Ensure compliance to local legislation and regulations including internal policies, ensuring that content development & activities are supported by authentic and up-to-date references. 
- Thorough with PAAB submission and approval process including organization’s internal MLR submissions.  
- Strong conceptual abilities, remarkable writing skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape 
-Develop and update content for various commercial assets, with a focus on omnichannel implementation on digital channels (including banner ads, emails, sales rep materials, social media content and websites) – as well as printed material (including posters, slide kits, patient guidelines, leaflets and conference materials).  
-Work in partnership with the graphic design team (on the needs for copy and content), with the brand and production teams on briefs, workshops and project deliveries.  
-Follow best practices in the department regarding processes, communication (internal and external), project management, documentation and technical requirements such as language, grammar, stylization, content search, summarizing, data conflicts, and referencing 
-Participating in assigned training programs and working on assignments as per requirement. 
-Participating in client calls as per project requirements 
-Perform self review and peer audits of the projects.
-Being compliant to quality, confidentiality, and security; adhering to and following quality systems, processes, and policies; and being compliant to training and specifications 

Ideal Profile: 
-Education—M Pharm/BDS/MDS/PhD or any health science background with relevant experience 
-Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency setting with experience submitting to PAAB and making necessary changes for approval (both - from brand and PAAB) 
-Strong flair and passion for writing  
-Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills 
-Passion for networking and stakeholder engagement.  
-Being up to date with the latest technical/scientific developments and relating them to various projects 
-Client-oriented attitude with focus on creating strong long-term relationships with clients and encouraging others to work toward this goal 
-Ability to assure timely completion of assignments 
-Skilled in problem identification and problem solving 
-Detail oriented, well organized and timeline driven with the ability to multitask. 
-Experience working within a big multi-national company in a matrix environment.  
-Candidate must reside in the local city (depending on client’s office location) as this would be a work from home and office hybrid position 
- Should be proficient with English.
