Multimedia Specialist

We are looking for a talented Multimedia Specialist with a dynamic range of skills across various creative and technical disciplines to execute on a variety of digital, on-line, and print deliverables. The role will work side-by-side with our global creative team to support multiple pharmaceutical marketing clients, delivering visually stunning, engaging, and impactful content that elevates a brand’s presence. 
Job Description:
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, copy, PM and client) to define and develop multimedia content that aligns with brand objectives, creative direction and brand guidelines. 
•    Work with the creative and project management teams to translate client business requirements, user needs and technical requirements into diverse digital, on-line web/ mobile and print deliverables such as Visual-Aids, Websites, Brochures, Snippets, Posters, logos, Web Banners, Interactive PDF’s, E- learning Modules & Emails.
•    Present creative designs and visualizations through sketches, drawings, and detailed illustrations.
•    Incorporate storytelling elements into various media formats to deliver compelling brand messages.
•    Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of the creative process.
•    Maintain a strong grasp of UX/UI principles, producing designs that not only look good but also enhance usability and customer engagement.
•    Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of multimedia content creation.
•    Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure smooth delivery of multimedia assets across various platforms and devices.
Ideal candidate should possess:
•    3-6 years digital/multimedia and print design experience.
•    Bachelor's degree in digital arts/graphic design (or related field) or equivalent years of experience.
•    Expertise with Full Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and additional platforms such as Figma and Sketch a plus.
•    Video editing/After Effects skills (desirable, but not required).
•    Experience working at an agency, or in an agency like environment.
•    Pharmaceutical advertising experience (preferred).
•    An excellent eye for detail, be well organized and timeline driven.
•    An understanding of layout principles and the “cause and effect” of resizing a campaign
•    Working knowledge of standard print design practices. 
•    Understanding of CSS and HTML and how they impact design.
•    Familiarity of working within a project management system such as Jira.
•    Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask.
•    Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of a team as well on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
•    The desire to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
