Responsibilities

Summary of Position

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting pricing, reimbursement, and market access consulting and research engagements. The role involves coordinating and delivering analytical and qualitative workstreams, contributing to client‑ready deliverables, and collaborating closely with project teams to ensure high‑quality execution across multiple engagements.

 

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support and manage analytical and research workstreams within pricing, reimbursement, and market access projects.
  • Independently analyze multiple data sources (e.g., formulary coverage, prescription volume, sales data) and synthesize insights.
  • Develop client‑ready PowerPoint presentations and written deliverables with limited senior oversight.
  • Conduct secondary research using publicly available and proprietary sources.
  • Support and conduct qualitative research activities, including discussion guide development and stakeholder interviews (e.g., payers, physicians, administrators).
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and research methodologies in collaboration with project leads.
  • Present findings during internal discussions and support senior team members in client meetings.
  • Manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering high‑quality, timely outputs.
  • Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional and cross‑cultural project teams.
  • Assist in proposal development, opportunity assessment, and competitive landscape research.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client deliverables, internal processes, and BU initiatives.
  • Support project scope development, pricing discussions, and resource planning as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in pharma/biotech pricing, reimbursement, or market access
  • MS in bio‑pharma marketing or MBA with 1+ year of relevant pharma/biotech market access experience.
  • Strong understanding of the bio‑pharma market access and commercialization landscape.
  • Knowledge of payer types, reimbursement pathways, and US market access dynamics; basic awareness of global markets preferred.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, with experience handling multiple data sources.
  • Strong qualitative research skills, including secondary research and interview‑based research.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce client‑ready outputs.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with senior staff and project teams.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

  • Participation in semi‑annual and annual performance reviews.
  • End‑of‑project feedback and learning reviews.
  • Opportunities to independently manage workstreams, contribute to project design, and support small team coordination as role maturity increases.

Base Salary Range: $68,000 - $85,000

The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including:

  • Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost‑of‑labor differences)
  • Experience & Qualifications relevant to the role
  • Internal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels

What This Means for You

  • The minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 5).
  • The maximum of the posted range represents the upper threshold for candidates in the highest cost‑of‑labor pay areas (US 1 / US 2).
  • Candidates are aligned to pay areas based on their primary work location.
