Job Description for Senior Project Cordinator
• Assist in working directly with the client and internal production team, both onshore and offshore, to deliver commercial marketing assets such as websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets.
• Support the coordination of project delivery by the internal creative team, including creative designers, multimedia specialists, copywriters, and production partners.
• Participate in daily/weekly standup meetings.
• Assist in overseeing project delivery, including monitoring team resource utilization, timeline accuracy, and overall quality of deliverables.
• Help meet client expectations by ensuring proactive communications and timely responses to requests.
• Act as a support resource throughout the production lifecycle, working alongside the account team and client delivery managers from requirements gathering through final delivery.
• Assist in working closely with clients during kick-offs to ensure deliverables, timelines, and required resources are clearly defined.
• Provide support to relevant stakeholders with regular status updates, including production milestones, risk management, and resolution.
• Assist key stakeholders and contribute to the delivery of assets and product launches.
• Maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with brand goals.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders to ensure successful client partnerships.
• Responsible for administrative oversight as required

Ideal Profile
• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience
• 2 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations and/or advertising agency in the Pharmaceutical/Life science domain
• Located in MA
• Experience in building and maintaining collaborative relationships across various stakeholders including brand and partner teams (internal and external), and experience with mentoring teams
• Has strong capability using JIRA or similar platforms for project management and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, and is
exceptionally organized
• Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
• Can prioritize and organize workload across multiple groups
• Project management abilities - ability to multitask and experience with managing complex and concurrent projects within budget
• Possesses digital marketing and omnichannel campaign experience
• Demonstrates commitment to continuous project and process improvement
• Strong attention to detail
