Role: Senior Project Manager - Commercial Analytics

Description: They will lead the implementation of Data and Analytics project. This role will collaborate with Global Product Strategy, Brand Management, Sales and Business Operations teams to provide technology solutions to support analytics and business insights needs for Commercial organization. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed successfully.

This position will translate business requirements into high-quality database technical requirements for the database delivery team.

Responsibilities:

•    Business Insights and Analytics Programs
•    Drive the delivery of analytics programs and projects, including project intake, process design, development, testing and deployment.
•    Liaise with internal data leads, business operations and technical development partners to deliver various data solution projects within service level agreements.
•    Provide support in analytics solution design, KPI development, performing ad hoc analytics as needed to support priority projects.
•    Develop and Deliver New Capabilities
•    Gain feedback and alignment from global and regional operations teams.
•    Partner with the technology team on the execution of new data technology solutions.
•    Produce high quality, detailed documentation for requirements, quality assurance, and process definition. 
•    Define project scope and deliverables to support company goals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
•    Develop and manage project timelines.
•    Monitor project progress by tracking work activity using JIRA; resolve problems, publish status reports, and recommend next steps.
•    Relationship Management
•    Serve as a cross-channel analytics solutions expert, proactively sharing systems capabilities, enterprise standards, and best practices to educate stakeholders and improve operational efficiency.
•    Build relationships with key stakeholders across business operations and Compliance to understand business objectives, priorities, and strategies to enable smooth execution of the projects.
