Job Title: Senior Technical Manager
Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time
Job Duties:
- Analyse user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Analyse project data to determine specifications and requirements.
- Consult with customers on their business requirements.
- Analyse needs and product requirements to create a design.
- Obtain information from all relevant sources and business users. Identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
- Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Establish long-range objectives and specify the strategies and actions to achieve them. Provide guidance to users for accessing reports and dashboards.
- Provide technical support for software maintenance or use.
- Provide fixes for production software issues. Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment to detect or assess problems.
- Support daily data loads and work with business users to handle rejected data. Provide guidance to users on how to access the software.
- Coordinate with the admin team on cluster reboot activities. Design or customize software for clients to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with others to determine design specifications or details. Develop, design, or create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products.
- Design and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure the outcomes and consequences of the design.
- Design and validate architecture that meets the project goals.
- Drive the data migration strategy and process to ensure quality data is delivered without delay. Apply mathematical principles or statistical approaches to solve problems in scientific or applied fields.
- Analyse and design databases within an application area. Understand the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Requirements:
- Required bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field
- + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Software Architect, Systems Engineer or related.
- Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
Salary Range: $152,131/Year to $227,000/Year
