Must Have

UX Design & Production
Design user-centered experiences for websites and digital platforms.
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Build interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas.
Apply usability and accessibility best practices to improve digital experiences.
Work with and contribute to design systems and reusable UI components.
Ensure design consistency across pages, templates, and digital interfaces.
UX Problem Solving
Review existing websites and platforms to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business and user needs into clear UX solutions and design recommendations.
Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Client Interaction & Collaboration
Participate in client discussions and working sessions to understand requirements.
Clearly explain design decisions and UX recommendations.
Help resolve UI/UX issues or questions during client calls.
Collaborate with content teams, developers, and project stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
Education from a design school or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio.
Good understanding of the UX design process (research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, testing).
Strong proficiency in Figma including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
Experience working with design systems and reusable components.
Ability to identify UX issues and propose practical solutions.
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients.
Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
