Sitecore Lead
Project Leadership: Lead and manage Sitecore development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Provide technical direction and guidance to the development team, including developers, designers, and other project stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders promptly and transparently.
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of Sitecore's architecture, features, and capabilities.
Design and implement Sitecore solutions, including content management, personalization, and user experience enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Sitecore applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Sitecore technologies and best practices. Team Management & Mentorship:
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, brand team, and other stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements.
Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other project stakeholders.
Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Skills & Qualifications: Sitecore Expertise: Proven experience with Sitecore development, including experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (SXA) and Sitecore Experience Commerce.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), programming languages (C#, ASP.NET), and relational databases. Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership & Mentorship: Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Knowledge on Figma and template/Component based development is a good to have
