Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to support IT infrastructure, maintain system performance, and ensure network security. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with system upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
•    Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and network devices.
•    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
•    Manage user accounts, access control, and security settings.
•    Assist in system updates, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
•    Provide technical support and resolve helpdesk queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    1–3 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
•    Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
•    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Cisco preferred).
•    Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and security best practices.
