Must Have

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced UI Designer to support a large-scale website design project in Figma. The ideal candidate should have strong visual design skills, hands-on expertise in Figma, and the ability to work accurately within an established design system.

This role requires someone who can quickly understand requirements, adhere to brand and design system guidelines, and deliver high-quality web UI designs with minimal training.

Key Responsibilities
The UI Designer will be responsible for creating high-fidelity website designs in Figma for both desktop and responsive views, based on project requirements. The role involves designing web pages with strong brand adherence, visual accuracy, clear typography, structured layouts, appropriate colour usage, imagery, and responsive behaviour.

The designer should be able to work with other tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
The designer will use existing Figma libraries, components, styles, variables, grids, and templates, while following brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and UI best practices.

The role requires close collaboration with Senior Designers, Design Leads, developers, and project managers. The designer should be able to clearly understand feedback, implement changes accurately, and communicate blockers, missing assets, or unclear requirements in a timely manner.

Tools Expertise: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in UI design, visual design, or web design, with prior experience working on website design projects.

  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web layout behaviour is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to handle large-scale design work with consistency, manage multiple tasks within timelines, and quickly apply feedback
