Job Description:  Job Title: UI/UX Designer Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with a deep understanding of design systems to execute website projects that align with our brand identity and digital strategy. You will leverage your expertise in UI design and visual aesthetics to create high-quality, user-centered designs, ensuring seamless integration across multiple devices and platforms. Your work will support our goal of delivering exceptional, accessible, and engaging online experiences. Key Responsibilities: Website Design & Execution: Create and execute high-fidelity website designs and interactive prototypes that are visually compelling and meet business requirements. Design System Utilization: Build and maintain consistent visual language by utilizing existing design systems, creating and updating components, ensuring scalability and responsiveness in all web designs. Visual Design: Knowledge of design principles including unity, Gestalt properties, space, hierarchy, balance, contrast, scale, dominance, similarity, and sense of color. User-Centered Design: Apply best practices in UX/UI design to ensure all website designs are user-friendly, accessible, and meet usability standards (preferably WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Leads, developers, and product managers to refine requirements, clarify functionality, and ensure design feasibility. Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership, explaining design rationale and effectively incorporating feedback to achieve alignment and project goals. Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 5 years in UI/UX and Visual Design, with at least 1 years working with design systems in a digital product or agency setting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools. Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) and accessibility standards (WCAG). Design System Knowledge: Proven experience in using a design system, creating reusable UI components, and ensuring consistent branding across digital products. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/Visual Design skills, specifically in website projects that used design systems. Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
