Must Have

Key Responsibilities
•    Partner with Commercial, Medical, Sales Operations and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Veeva CRM requirements.
•    Lead requirements gathering, workshops, process mapping and fit-gap analysis.
•    Develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
•    Support Veeva CRM capabilities including Account Management, Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Events, Medical/MSL processes and Territory Management.
•    Define CRM workflows, business rules, data requirements, security/access requirements and reporting needs.
•    Work closely with Veeva functional consultants, architects, developers, integration and data teams to translate requirements into solutions.
•    Support integrations with Veeva Vault/PromoMats, MDM, consent management, data platforms and downstream reporting/analytics.
•    Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect triage and business validation.
•    Support release planning, deployment, training, change management and hypercare.
•    Maintain requirements traceability and functional documentation.
•    Ensure solutions align with Life Sciences compliance, privacy and regulatory requirements

Required Skills
•    4–7+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Life Sciences CRM.
•    2–3+ years of hands-on Veeva CRM experience.
•    Strong understanding of pharmaceutical Commercial and/or Medical field processes.
•    Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, user stories, UAT and Agile delivery.
•    Understanding of CRM data, integrations, MDM and reporting.
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
