Role: Virtual Engagement Representative
Job Description:
• Outbound calling to physicians’ offices to deliver disease awareness, education and product messaging using visual aids and other resources.
• Provide relevant information to HCP offices to drive product referrals to specialists/ treatment centers.
• Follow the call guide to strategically deliver specific messages to prescribers
• Liaise with gatekeepers, receptionists, office managers and other office staff to virtually navigate HCP offices.
• Effectively get past gatekeepers to convey key product or program messages to physicians and their clinical staff.
• Build ongoing relationship with offices; Establish trust and confidence with gatekeepers and HCPs as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor.
• Drive maximum engagement with HCP offices by utilizing digital & printed resources.
• Schedule and conduct live virtual information sessions with physicians and office staff.
• Ensure clear notes are taken for each call made, and dispositions are accurately entered into the CRM.
• Document project compliance requirements including adverse events.
• Maintain documentation of the calls in the CRM or other required systems, platforms or formats
• Work effectively within the larger HCP communications ecosystem by monitoring and engaging with various channels to drive outcomes.
• Represent customer internally and collaborate with the internal stakeholders to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs.
• Monitor performance to ensure project goals are met to client’s satisfaction.
• Ongoing training and self-development to maintain and exceed program expectations
• Receive inbound calls for service support to HCP offices during operating hours.
