Role: Virtual Sales Representative


Job Description:

You will be responsible for: 
•    Uncovering and understanding insights regarding current practices in PCP and psychiatry offices in the management of neuropsychiatric conditions
•    Fostering a better customer experience by devising and implementing customized communications strategies based on HCP interests and channel preferences
•    Delivering disease awareness, education and product messaging using digital and other resources to convey urgency and provide actionable steps to address progressive neuropsychiatric conditions
•    Guiding HCPs through the referral pathway to drive seamless patient experience along the care continuum, leading to collaboration with specialists and treatment centers
•    Driving business growth by identifying high potential HCPs to increase marketing initiatives in collaboration with sales specialists to drive product referrals to specialists/ treatment centers.
•    Strategically engage HCPs in personalized disease and treatment discussions fueled by insights while keeping within compliance guidelines 
•    Building relationships with gatekeepers, receptionists, office managers and other office staff through total office calls to gain familiarity with office practices and facilitate accessibility to HCPs 
•    Establishing trust and confidence with HCP offices as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor by confidently presenting therapeutic area, brand and industry knowledge
•    Scheduling and conducting live virtual information sessions with HCPs and office staff
•     Reporting adverse events and product quality complaints, and managing medical information requests through the appropriate compliance channels 
•    Efficiently use CRM to manage target list and document call details through accurate dispositioning and appropriate note taking
•     Leveraging CRM insights on omnichannel activities to determine effectiveness of other marketing tactics to inform engagement plan
•    Developing call plan and lead prioritization based on HCP profiles and segmentation
•    Bringing insights, ideas and recommendations to the attention of internal stakeholders to continuously optimize systems, tactics and messaging to address ongoing HCP and patient needs
•    Ongoing training and self-development to maintain and exceed program expectations
•    Potential Need: Receiving inbound calls for service support to HCP offices during operating hours

The Virtual Sales Representative strives to influence HCP decision-making by creating a shift in HCPs’  treatment protocol habits, leading them to offer their patients our advance solutions that address critical needs, and strengthening the continuum of care by driving referrals to specialists and treatment centers. As a trusted advisor, the representative champions brand loyalty, represents our commitment to improving the lives of people living with brain disorders, and solidifies our pharmaceutical partner's reputation as a leader in the neuroscience community.

Must have: 
•    5+ years of experience in pharma, healthcare or medical device sales 
•    Experience in Neurosciences or Specialty Pharma an asset
•    Experience in virtual engagement
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences, or relevant work experience
•    Experience working in or engaging with HCP offices and pharmacies 
•    Knowledge of digital marketing and omnichannel strategies
•    Understand the US healthcare system
•    Able to guide HCP offices along appropriate referral pathways to specialists
•    Confident in communicating with HCPs about scientific information via phone and Live Video
•    Effective presentation skills, both written and verbal 
•    Personal organization, time management, and administrative skills 
•    Intermediate proficiency with computers
•    Experience with softphone software, CRM, data entry and reporting 
•    Comfort with troubleshooting technical difficulties
•    Office suite knowledge (Outlook, Excel)
•    Strong attention to detail and precise documentation in CRM
•    Adaptive and flexible to new ideas and change

Compensation & Benefits Transparency Statement

Base Salary Range: $75k with $15k in annually in monthly incentives

The compensation range displayed reflects the full span of pay across all of our U.S. geographic pay areas and experience levels. Your actual base salary offer will be determined based on multiple factors, including:

· Geographic Pay Area (US 1 through US 5, reflecting cost-of-labor differences)

· Experience & Qualifications relevant to the role

· Internal Equity alignment with employees in similar roles and levels

What This Means for You

· The minimum of the posted range represents the starting point for candidates in the lowest cost-of-labor pay areas (US 5).

· The maximum of the posted range represents the upper threshold for candidates in the highest cost-of-labor pay areas (US 1 / US 2).

· Candidates are aligned to pay areas based on their primary work location.
