Web Liaison / Web Program Manager

Role Overview
The Web Liaison will serve as the primary point of connection between client brand teams, internal delivery groups, external agencies, and technology partners to ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery of web initiatives. This role is responsible for demand forecasting, intake management, stakeholder alignment, project tracking, and ensuring all web deliverables meet brand expectations, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
•    Build and maintain strong client and brand team relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
•    Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and intake for web campaigns and digital requests.
•    Drive end-to-end program oversight, ensuring alignment with Business Teams (BTs) and delivery objectives.
•    Devise communication plans and ensure co-ordination between Business /Agency and technology stakeholders. 
•    Coordinate with agencies for project Kickoffs, requirements gathering, timelines, and dependencies.
•    Facilitate demand intake discussions with Brand Managers and client stakeholders.
•    Conduct recurring status reviews with Brand Managers, agencies, PMs, and IT partners to track progress.
•    Work closely with cross-partner PMs and development teams to ensure timely delivery of all web assets and enhancements.
•    Identify, manage, and communicate risks, blockers, and issues—both internally and with clients.
•    Collaborate with other Liaisons to ensure consistency, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency.
•    Maintain end-to-end accountability for successful delivery of web projects, ensuring brand compliance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills
•    8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, web program management, client engagement, or account delivery roles.
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across brand, IT, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
•    Proven experience coordinating multi-agency workflows and vendor ecosystems.
•    Hands-on experience managing digital/web projects, preferably within regulated or enterprise environments.
•    Strong understanding of web production processes, campaign lifecycles, and digital content operations.
•    Demonstrated ability in risk/issue management, escalation handling, and expectation alignment.
•    Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
•    Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguity-driven environments while maintaining delivery quality.

Preferred Experience
•    Pharma or healthcare marketing experience (nice to have).
•    Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM), analytics, or MarTech tools.
•    Background in agile delivery models, digital agencies, or client-facing consulting environments.
