Job Title:                Senior Director - Strategic Solutions

Job Duration:         40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

Job Duties

• Lead enterprise sales cycles from opportunity identification through deal closure, driving digital transformation initiatives aligned with client needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across Sales, R&D, Consulting, and Enterprise Solutions to design and deliver scalable, client-centric strategies.
• Convert large transformation opportunities into long-term partnerships by developing strong business cases, commercial models, and strategic proposals, and negotiating contracts that meet client objectives.
• Apply a consultative selling approach by conducting gap assessments, due diligence, and developing solution roadmaps.
• Represent the organization in executive discussions, proposal defenses, and workshops, articulating clear, value-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to build robust digital platforms that support healthcare transformation.
• Coordinate across geographically distributed teams to ensure alignment on deal structuring, pricing, and delivery.
• Contribute to internal growth by sharing market insights, promoting knowledge exchange, and supporting innovation in service capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development through coaching and feedback.
• Provide input into strategic planning based on client engagement insights and industry trends.
• Stay informed on developments in healthcare technology and commercial landscapes.
• Manage client financials, including revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and contract performance.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Information Technology, Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the job offered, Engagement Manager, Marketing Consultant, Product Manager, or a related role.
• Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S.
• Travel frequency: 10–15%.
